Abe “DAKK” Dakkouch is a licensed practitioner in the State of Texas. He handles cases in Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Collin and surrounding counties. He focuses on Criminal law, Family law and Immigration. Because he knows that legal matters may be overwhelming, he aims to educate his clients the law in a clear and concise way. His approach of complete open-communication with his clients helps put the client in a better and more informative position in order to make good sound decisions regarding a legal matter.    

His promise is to provide you with a clear understanding of the issues, the law and the options available to you. His goal is to put his clients in the best possible position in any case. By giving clients access to DAKK via case management software any time of the day and night, he’s able to keep his clients up to date on progress of their case

DAKK earned his  J.D. from Western Michigan University Law School.  He provides counseling to clients in the fields of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Immigration Law in Texas. He is part of Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA); Tarrant County Family Bar; Dallas County Criminal Bar. Licensed in Northern and Eastern District as well as Bankruptcy Court. 
DAKK speaks Arabic and his team is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
